I'm currently attending the University of British Columbia, in Vancouver, Canada, and this year I'm on exchange to Oregon State University in Corvallis. I'm expecting to graduate Spring 2008 with a my B.Sc. in Cognitive Systems: Computer Intelligence and Design. No, I don't know what that means either.
Actually, Cognitive Systems (also called Cognitive Sciences at some universities) is a cross-disciplinary program, touching on Philosophy, Psychology, Computer Science, and Linguistics. My focus is on Computer Science and Philosophy. I'm currently in the last year of my program, all I still need is a final course or two and some research experience.
I have also been a professional web developer and web application developer for over five years.
